Cancellation and Refunds

Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both parties:

• Cancellations made more than 14 days before the tour date: full refund
• Cancellations made 7-14 days before the tour date: 50% refund or full credit for future booking
• Cancellations made less than 7 days before the tour date: no refund, but credit may be offered at our discretion
• We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule tours due to adverse weather, insufficient numbers, or circumstances beyond our control

Tour Participation

By participating in our tours, you agree that:

• You will follow the instructions of our guides for safety and preservation purposes
• You are responsible for your own physical capability to participate
• You will respect historical sites, other participants, and the environment
• Participation is at your own risk, and you accept responsibility for your personal belongings
